to God be the glory


after many years of praying for God to bless us with a baby, it has finally happened & we are thrilled!!! we have had a peace that can only come from knowing Jesus this whole time... God showed us that babies are a gift & not a promise, so we continued to pray for this gift... our precious gift has a due date now & ultrasounds & a strong heart beat, amazing! come cheer with us as you follow our journey & a growing baby belly, to the finish line of october 7th...

    WOO HOO! I'm cheering. :)And October 7th is the beginning line, not the finish line. :) He! He! I'll be cheering for 18 more years after that. :)

    Hi Heidi! Congratulations! I am so excited for both of you... I mean all three of you! This is one special baby to be chosen to have you as his or her mom! I knew we were in this together and I knew we were close but I didnt realize exactly HOW close until I read your blog- I am due October 7th as well! We need to chat!

aidan meets a new friend named joshua i can hardly believe my eyes watching aidan learn to crawl! it seems like it wasn't that long ago that i was cheering on his first head lift! then one day he flipped & we flipped watching him, it's all so fun & exciting :) he's been rocking on his knees & then all of a sudden he realized that he could do more :) he's been doing "push-ups" for a while now so he was all ready to go, he just needed some motivation... aw! that toy plane will do & he's off! tonight he held onto the edge of his baby bathtub & stood up! this is all happening so fast now! for so long he was just rolling around & now he's growing up before my very eyes! i'm taking it all in, hiding it in my heart, praising the Lord & blogging about a bit of it too :)
